Mr Daniel Davis B.Com CPA
Company Secretary & Financial Accountant


Mr. Davis is an associate member of CPA Australia who graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2001 with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Davis has worked in the resources sector for the last five years specialising in African based explorers. Prior to joining African Energy in 2007 as Financial Accountant he worked with Albidon Ltd in a similar role. Mr. Davis was appointed to the role of Company Secretary on 1st April 2009.

Mr. Banda is an experienced geologist with more than 10 years experience in the mining industry internationally, particularly in central and southern Africa. Prior to joining African Energy, he worked on a number of sediment-hosted base metal and mafic-ultramafic hosted deposits in Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). He was more recently project leader for Uramin's Rystkuil Uranium projects in South Africa.

Mr. Banda has made key contributions to most of the project feasibility studies he has been involved with including Munali Nickel Project in Zambia and Rystkuil Uranium projects in South Africa. He is currently Project Manager for Njame and Gwabe Uranium Projects in Zambia where he has managed the Company's exploration and resource delineation programme and the associated metallurgical test-work sample selection and dispatch.

Mr. Banda is also a Director of African Energy Resources Zambia Ltd, and an Executive Director of Chirundu Joint Ventures (Zambia) Ltd.

Dr Oliver Kreuzer Dip-Geol (University of Freiburg), PhD (James Cook University)
Senior Geologist - Project Generation

Dr Kreuzer is a Registered Professional Geologist with over 10 years experience in mineral exploration and applied economic geology research. During this time, Dr Kreuzer has had commodity experience in gold, copper-zinc and uranium, and worked in Archaean to Cainozoic terrain in Australia, North America and Europe. His main areas of expertise are in structural geology, geological mapping and exploration targeting.

Dr Kreuzer joined African Energy Resources in 2010 where he has been mainly involved in project generation. Prior to this role, Dr Kreuzer undertook industry-funded research at Macquarie University and Curtin University, and held geologist roles with junior mineral exploration companies Glengarry Resources, Transcontinental Group and Silver Swan Group.

Dr Kreuzer is a member of the AIG, GSA, SEG and SGA, the Secretary of GSA’s Specialist Group in Economic Geology, and a Guest Editor for Ore Geology Reviews.  He has published over 25 articles on aspects of ore deposit geology, exploration targeting and mineral economics in newsletters, conference volumes and international scientific journals.
